As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to meet the club's and members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, product specs, seasonality, and sales techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools for planning, sales, and service improvements, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, safety, and customer issues, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
