Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operation, TPMS, product specs, and sales techniques using POS systems, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, enhance service, and increase engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions and adapting to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, and supplies needs, process transactions, maintain inventory and safety standards, report hazards, complete documentation, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop team members, and embody the brand to enhance member experiences.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health, financial, paid time off, education, and more. The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $27.00, with additional premiums possible based on circumstances.
