Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will deliver more of what our members love, for less, by collaborating with other associates to meet the club's and members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and provide safe, efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, improve service, and make business decisions related to safety, products, and training.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, inventory, transactions, and safety standards; assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and model respectful, team-oriented behavior.
• Follow company policies, complete work efficiently, communicate progress, and adapt to change.
