Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering quality to our members and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with team members to meet the club's expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Use Point of Sale systems and sales techniques effectively.
3. Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and make business decisions. Adapt to new technology and encourage others to do so.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, and inventory. Process transactions, maintain safety and compliance standards, and assist members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Uphold company policies and ethics.
