Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, Point of Sale systems, and sales techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to services, safety, and training.
- Be an Owner: Communicate needs, track returns and orders, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, ensure safety standards, report issues, complete documentation, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, develop and inspire others, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Comply with policies and complete work efficiently, collaborating with managers and partners.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Successfully complete required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in auto service industry or retail.
