Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, service, and engagement, adapt to new technology, and encourage team utilization.
• Be an Owner: Manage inventory, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain safety and compliance standards, report issues, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and uphold the brand’s reputation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
