Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians, all while providing safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and make immediate decisions, encouraging others to adopt new technologies.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and customer transactions, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.
