Helpdesk Specialist/Technical Support Representative

Audacy USA is seeking a motivated and talented Helpdesk Specialist/Technical Support Representative to join our team remotely from Philadelphia, PA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $26 to $36 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Level-1 and Level-2 remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other computer-related devices.
  2. When necessary, provide on-site support.
  3. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software problems.
  5. Triage and identify issues related to routing, switching, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
  6. Document processes and procedures as required.
  7. Manage and maintain our customers’ networks.
  8. Be part of the on-call schedule.
  9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the MSP Manager.

Required Skills:

  1. 3 years related work experience or BS in Information Systems or related field.
  2. Must exhibit a clear, friendly, professional phone manner.
  3. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users.
  4. Able to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.
  5. Experience with VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V Hypervisors.
  6. Must have transportation.
  7. Must be able to physically lift and move computer equipment.
