Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe, efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, and product specifications. Use Point of Sale systems and sales techniques effectively.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and enhance associate engagement. Adapt to new technology and encourage others to do the same.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, and supplies needs, operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain inventory and safety standards. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by delivering high-quality service, developing others, and fostering a respectful, supportive team environment. Comply with company policies and support continuous improvement.
