Job description

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while developing interpersonal skills for customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve service, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, safety standards, and customer issues, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
