Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will deliver more of what our members love, for less, and collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock merchandise, set up displays, and organize the product area.
• Handle claims, returns, and organize the Tire and Battery Center according to company policies.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise, ensuring safety and proper handling.
• Follow safety standards and procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with automotive services, including tire installation, repair, and battery testing, following company guidelines.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with additional premiums possible based on specific circumstances. The actual wage will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location.

Minimum Qualifications...
