Position Summary...
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills to provide safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, POS systems, and selling techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to services, safety, product info, and training.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, track returns, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and compliance. Assist members with purchases and resolve issues.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Comply with policies and support continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with potential additional premiums based on specific circumstances. The actual wage will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Minimum Qualifications...
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Applicants must successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed timeframe.
