Qualifications

Shift(s) Available: 1st on weekends
Compensation: $34.01/hr in the first 90 days, then $37.01/hr after the 90 days

Principal Accountabilities
  1. Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility.
  2. Document all work and conditions using maintenance computer software.
  3. Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair electrical components and systems, including automation, motor control, and high voltage systems.
  4. Interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  5. Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  7. Repair equipment near explosive materials following safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
  • Ability to work at heights of 4 feet or more.
  • Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE.
  • At least one year of experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems (low, medium, high voltage).
  • Ability to work underground in a mining environment.
  • Current ATF certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Availability for overtime, including weekends and holidays, with advance notice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or other CMMS.
  • Certification as a Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain.
  • Technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in Predictive or Precision Maintenance.
  • Experience working with high voltage systems.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
