Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, and resources; mentor new technicians; communicate effectively for safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operation, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; utilize POS systems and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and increase engagement; adapt to new technology and encourage team use.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, safety, and compliance; handle transactions; assist members with purchasing; report issues and hazards; complete documentation.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; inspire and support team development; understand and address roadblocks.
