About the Team

The team provides high-impact, in-person end-user support through Tech Spots, ensuring minimal downtime and sustained productivity. Team members promptly address technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows and Mac workstations and Active Directory environments. With a focus on clear communication and organizational change management, the team aligns technical services with business needs. Collaboration and knowledge sharing foster expertise in automation and system reliability. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
