Job summary

Walmart Global Tech is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems. Focused on scalable data products, the team directly influences supplier health and supply chain performance. This collaborative environment prioritizes innovation, technical excellence, and delivering actionable insights that empower suppliers to make informed decisions efficiently.

What you'll do

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
