Base pay range

$98,000.00/yr - $172,000.00/yr

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing pharmaceutical care, processing prescriptions, counseling customers, and maintaining confidentiality and documentation.
2. Applying up-to-date expertise to develop and improve action plans, offering guidance, and supporting customer and business needs.
3. Building relationships with stakeholders, identifying needs, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes.
4. Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues within company standards.
5. Supporting compliance with policies, procedures, and legal regulations, including safety and quality assurance.
6. Maintaining confidentiality and documentation as per guidelines.
7. Providing comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations, in compliance with regulations.
8. Creating a culture of safety, quality, and compliance in patient care.
9. Promoting a respectful, inclusive work environment that encourages diversity and teamwork.
10. Acting with integrity, serving customers, striving for excellence, and supporting continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$172,000.00, based on a 40-hour workweek. Pro-rated for different schedules. Additional compensation includes bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent.
• Valid pharmacy license by job start date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.

Preferred Qualifications

Optional but advantageous qualifications include additional certifications or experience in specialized pharmacy areas.
