About the team:

The team collaborates with Global Governance units to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance web applications and APIs. They develop fault‑tolerant microservices using Java Spring Boot and Python, utilizing containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes. Team members uphold software quality through thorough code reviews and testing while addressing technical challenges efficiently. Focused on iterative delivery and technical excellence, the team promotes innovation and collaboration to meet business and platform goals. What you'll bring:

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
• Experience driving full software development lifecycle processes, including CI/CD, automated testing, and system monitoring.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated capability to integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Proven problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering high‑quality, reliable software products.
• Experience providing technical guidance and leadership to small engineering teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
