$21.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Position Summary

Walmart is expanding its workforce and seeking a Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or related trades, and are committed to maintaining high standards, we want you to bring your skills to our fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or 7 years' experience in these trades
• 1 year experience with intermediate-level software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Can lift up to 75 lbs.
• Can move up and down ladders frequently
• Comfortable working at heights

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities and equipment using multiple craft skills
• Use work order management system to support store repairs and document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and diagnose issues with facilities and equipment
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools
