Acting as trusted advisors, the team partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, skill segmentation, and hiring velocity. Utilizing market intelligence, data insights, and structured assessments, they enhance hiring quality and develop sustainable recruitment models. Managing complex, high-volume technical recruitment, the team influences organizational design and business outcomes, supporting Walmart’s innovation and growth objectives through effective talent acquisition strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder management.
