Position Summary...

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills for customer service. Be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and operate equipment properly.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions, training, and quality control, and encourage others to adopt new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean work area, ensure product quality, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing and proper merchandise handling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the department and club by valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service, and training associates as needed.
• Follow company policies, ensure ethical practices, and implement related action plans.
• Complete work assignments effectively, collaborate with team members, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and adapt to changes and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with potential additional premiums depending on circumstances.
