The position requires strong relationship management, negotiation, and financial acumen to influence stakeholders and drive value. The manager evaluates business effectiveness, implements process improvements, and fosters collaboration across internal and external partners to achieve organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

About the team: The Partner Network team leads all partner-related programs that enhance enablement within Walmart Connect. This team drives strategic initiatives by managing relationships, negotiating agreements, and overseeing financial and program management aspects. They collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business value and ensure operational excellence. Focused on continuous improvement, the team applies strong business acumen and program management skills to support partner success and organizational goals.
