Role summary: The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs by managing timelines, resources, and performance standards to ensure successful implementations. Collaborating cross-functionally, the position drives process improvements, innovation, and cost reduction initiatives while overseeing budget management and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Manager also fosters team development through coaching and performance management, upholding company values and compliance to deliver consistent business results aligned with organizational goals. About the team: The team leads Walmart’s fulfillment transformation by driving strategic program management and data-driven decisions to enhance customer experience. It manages initiatives across speed, assortment, pricing, and recovery through collaboration with Product, Pricing, Walmart+, Merchandising, Network, Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams. Focused on identifying challenges, designing tests, and scaling solutions, the team ensures alignment with Walmart’s objectives via effective stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and business operations. This environment fosters innovation and operational excellence, delivering impactful, scalable results that support Walmart’s commitment to continuous improvement and business efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
