You will oversee budgets, mentor teams, and build strong partnerships across Product, Pricing, Walmart+, Merchandising, Network, Operations, Analytics, and Finance to deliver scalable results.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

About the team: The team drives the transformation of Walmart’s fulfillment capabilities to enhance the customer experience through strategic program management and data-driven decision-making. It leads initiatives across speed, assortment, pricing, and recovery by collaborating with Product, Pricing, Walmart+, Merchandising, Network, Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams. Focused on identifying challenges, designing tests, and scaling solutions, the team ensures alignment with Walmart’s goals through effective stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and business operations. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
