Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations/project management.
• Or 5 years’ experience in operations/project management; 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Learning and Development leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that enhance organizational capability and performance. This role drives strategic learning initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, develop curricula, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsible for coaching and developing associates, managing performance standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the position supports operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and effective resource management. The role champions ethical practices and promotes a collaborative environment that advances both individual and organizational growth.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
