Position Summary...

Role summary: The Sr Manager, Sales Effectiveness will lead the strategy that equips Walmart Connect International sellers and sales leaders with the capabilities, tools, processes, and information they need to succeed. This role owns onboarding, ongoing training, certification, sales processes, communications, and the sell tools and systems roadmap, including CRM and AI adoption. You’ll establish scalable standards across markets while ensuring enablement remains practical and locally relevant, using data to improve seller productivity, strengthen adoption, remove friction from the selling motion, and prioritize future enablement investments.

About the team: Our team helps Walmart Connect International markets grow by building scalable commercial programs, sales capabilities, tools, and ways of working. We partner across markets and functions to solve common challenges, strengthen execution, and create greater consistency in how we operate. What you'll bring:

• Strong understanding of digital advertising, retail media, eCommerce, and technology-driven businesses.
• Expertise in sales process design, CRM, sales technology, and change management.
• A data-driven approach to measuring productivity, adoption, and enablement impact.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and clear communication skills.
• Ability to create consistent standards across markets while keeping tools, processes, and content practical and locally relevant.
• Spanish-language proficiency is a plus, given the role’s work across international markets.
