Qualifications

• CPA designation or equivalent required.
• Extensive public accounting experience with financial statement analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and general ledger management.
• Ability to lead internal controls and financial audits.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, balance sheet integrity, and GAAP/SOX compliance.
• Independently identify complex accounting risks and develop practical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from identification through implementation with measurable results.
• Serve as trusted advisor influencing decisions and balancing priorities.

What you'll bring

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Extensive experience in public accounting, financial statement analysis, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, general ledger management, and reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Proven skills in managing internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial audits.
• Effective communication and business relationship management capabilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
