An established industry player is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care and manage pharmacy operations. Provides comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and implementing other programs developed by Walmart in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signage, stock and inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, developing cross-functional relationships, and assessing economic trends and demographics. Models and enforces customer service standards, guiding associates to resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues effectively. Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to serve as community members. Ensures compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards, analyzing reports, monitoring loss prevention, and implementing action plans. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training, mentoring, performance feedback, and recognition, while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Manages pharmacy operations, conducts team meetings, and ensures adherence to regulatory standards such as HIPAA, SOPs, and QA policies. Oversees inventory flow, monitors financial data, manages budgets, and ensures financial performance aligns with strategic goals. Creates a culture of patient safety and quality care, promoting transparency and continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, implements and monitors compliance initiatives, and fosters a respectful and inclusive work environment. Acts with integrity, builds strong relationships, and motivates teams. Delivers excellent customer service, makes data-driven decisions, and drives continuous improvement. The annual salary range is $112,000 to $197,000, with additional bonuses and location-based pay considerations.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent, and be licensed as a pharmacist (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program is required.
U.S. pharmacy-related experience is preferred.
