Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for forklift spotting and handling, disposing of hazardous materials, following company standards, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Supports the Sams Club ecommerce plan by overseeing ecommerce operations such as Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, auditing customer feedback, resolving complaints, and identifying trends for improvement. Supervises associates supporting ecommerce programs by training, resource provision, duty assignment, feedback, and coverage management.
Executes the Club Pickup plan and processes, updates operations with KPIs, audits orders, maintains equipment, and evaluates performance to meet strategy and execution goals. Supports projects to improve efficiency by leveraging KPIs, modeling best practices, evaluating program execution, and implementing solutions.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
Ensures sales floor and merchandise presentation are maintained per policies, handles claims and returns, zones, stocks, and organizes merchandise, and manages high-shrink and fragile items.
Oversees order picking and staging, develops and implements processes, and collaborates with various stakeholders to meet business needs. Demonstrates compliance with policies, standards of ethics, and integrity, and leads and participates in teams, using resources effectively and supporting change adaptation.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00, with actual wages depending on location and applicable premiums based on specific circumstances.
