Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
2. Maintaining facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe situations.
3. Fulfilling Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock items.
4. Completing work assignments by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, communicating progress, and seeking improvements.
5. Providing Member service through greeting, needs assessment, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Adhering to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy, and applying these in daily operations.
