Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Develops and supports Membership: by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility: by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities: by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and recommending improvements.
5. Provides Member service: by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
6. Ensures compliance: with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans, and applying the Open Door Policy in business practices.
7. Respects individuals: by embracing differences, creating an inclusive workplace, fostering a culture of belonging, and helping all associates thrive and perform.
8. Leads and develops teams: by building strong relationships, communicating positively, mentoring others, and recognizing contributions.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual wages meeting or exceeding applicable minimum wages. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.
