A leading company is seeking a dedicated associate to support Membership services. The role involves providing information on benefits, maintaining facility safety, fulfilling orders, and ensuring excellent member service. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; executing tasks; communicating progress; suggesting improvements; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics through action plans, the Open Door Policy, and application of these principles in business practices.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual wages meeting or exceeding local minimums. Additional premiums may be paid based on specific conditions.
