Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Membership Support: Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting company products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet membership goals.
2. Facility Safety: Maintains safety standards by conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions.
3. Order Fulfillment: Completes Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet member needs.
4. Work Management: Prioritizes tasks using policies and resources, collaborates with team members and partners, communicates progress, identifies improvement opportunities, and adapts to change and feedback.
5. Customer Service: Provides member assistance by acknowledging members, identifying needs, helping with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity standards.

Compensation
