Walmart is seeking a dedicated Membership Associate to enhance Member experiences and ensure safety in operations. This role involves fulfilling orders, providing exceptional service, and adhering to company policies. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and recommending improvements. Adapts to change and learns from feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and adhering to business practices.
Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, fostering a culture of belonging, and creating opportunities for all associates to thrive.
