Position Summary:
What you'll do:
- Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals.
- Maintain facility safety by following all standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling and disposal, adhering to steel standards, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Complete work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and recommending improvements.
- Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans, and applying the Open Door Policy to business practices.
- Respect individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting talent development.
- Work as a team, build trusting relationships, communicate positively, and motivate others.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00; actual pay may exceed minimum wage based on location and circumstances. Additional premiums may apply for specific shifts or conditions.
