Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership: by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility: by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
4. Completes work assignments: using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; identifying improvements; and adapting to change.
5. Provides Member service: by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting in purchasing, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Ensures compliance: with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, applying related action plans, and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability.
7. Acts with integrity: maintaining high standards, modeling company values, and supporting a positive culture.
8. Serves our Customers and Members: by delivering results, making informed decisions, and considering the impact on stakeholders.

Compensation
