Position Summary

Supports membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. Participates in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

Ensures facility safety by adhering to safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper procedures for equipment and hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing merchandise, ensuring order accuracy, and addressing stock issues to meet member needs.

Completes work priorities by collaborating with team members, managing deadlines, communicating progress, and seeking continuous improvement, adapting to changes and feedback.

Provides excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting company products and policies.
