Position Summary

What you'll do...

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations.
3. Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members; identifying priorities; communicating progress; suggesting improvements; and adapting to change and feedback.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Ensures compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards, implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and executing business practices accordingly.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential additional premiums based on circumstances, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
