Position Summary

The role involves supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet membership goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety procedures, conducting safety inspections, and reporting unsafe conditions.
2. Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders accurately by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, and managing out-of-stock issues.
3. Complete work assignments effectively by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and seeking continuous improvement.
4. Provide excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
5. Comply with company policies and uphold ethical standards through proper action and communication.
