Position Summary

What you'll do...

1. Supervision and Training: Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, and providing guidance on member service.
2. Safety and Compliance: Maintains safety standards, conducts safety sweeps, handles hazardous materials, and reports unsafe situations.
3. eCommerce Operations: Supports Sam's Club ecommerce plans, oversees operations, audits feedback, resolves complaints, and supports the development of new metrics.
4. Member Service: Provides member assistance, supports self-service technology, and promotes products and services.
5. Merchandise Maintenance: Ensures sales floor and merchandise presentation meet policies, handles claims and returns, and manages inventory.
6. Process Improvement: Develops and implements processes, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities.
7. Ethics and Compliance: Promotes adherence to policies, explains standards, and assists in correcting issues.
8. Team Leadership: Leads and participates in teams, shares resources, and supports change adaptation.
9. Respect and Integrity: Embraces diversity, builds trust, mentors others, and acts ethically.
