Base pay range

Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, and customers; prioritizes tasks; communicates progress; and seeks continuous improvement.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Adheres to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans, and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and service.
