Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support Membership at Sam's Club in Las Vegas. You will assist Members, promote Walmart's services, process Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and help meet Membership goals.

You will ensure safety, fulfill Click n Pull orders, collaborate with teammates, and deliver friendly, proactive service to Members.

• Handles hazardous materials in accordance with company guidelines and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviews orders, pulls items, scans items, wraps and palletizes, ensures order and invoice accuracy, and secures items for Members.

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Responsibilities

Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and following proper forklift spotting procedures. Handles hazardous materials in accordance with company guidelines and reports unsafe situations to management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviews orders, pulls items from shelves, scans items, wraps and palletizes items, ensures order and invoice accuracy, secures items until Members arrive, and follows up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources. Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress, recommends improvements, and adapts to change.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; implements action plans using the Open Door Policy and fosters a culture of belonging. Builds strong teamwork, mentors others, demonstrates integrity, and serves customers and Members with a customer‑first mindset.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
