Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a dedicated individual in North Las Vegas to enhance Membership through effective communication about benefits and product values. You will fulfill Member orders accurately while providing top-notch service and support.

Key responsibilities include processing Membership upgrades, maintaining safety standards, and promoting the Company’s diverse products. The role supports the community through various company benefits, encourages a safe work environment, and offers growth opportunities.

The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $25.00, with additional compensation premiums available based on specific work circumstances.

Job description

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and ensuring efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax, Pull, and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to change, learning from difficulties and feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, and the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
