Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop information on Membership benefits and promote the value of company products and services.
• Process Membership upgrades, credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfill Member Fax, nPull, and Click n Pull orders—review orders, pull items, scan, wrap, palletize, and ensure accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, utilize the Open Door Policy, and support company values on integrity, belonging, and customer focus.

Hourly Wage Range

$17.00 to $24.00 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Compensation Premiums

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
