Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and recommending improvements.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
6. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability.
7. Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, supporting Walmart values, and making a positive impact for stakeholders.
8. Serves our Customers and Members by delivering results with the customer first approach, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.
