Position Overview

This role offers a base pay range of $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for details.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
2. Maintain safety standards by conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
3. Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately, including reviewing orders, pulling and securing items, and handling out-of-stock issues.
4. Provide excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
5. Adhere to company policies, demonstrate respect, integrity, and act with honesty and transparency.
6. Deliver results by focusing on customer needs, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.
7. Strive for continuous improvement and adapt to change with a positive attitude.
