Job description

Position Summary...

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities; communicating progress; and seeking improvements and learning from feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethics, demonstrating integrity and respect for individuals, fostering a culture of belonging, teamwork, and trust, and acting with integrity and accountability.

Delivers results by prioritizing customer needs, making informed decisions, and considering long-term impacts.
