Walmart is seeking a dedicated individual to support Membership services and maintain safety standards at their Kenosha location. Responsibilities include assisting Members, fulfilling orders, and promoting company products. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including educational opportunities.
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and identifying improvement opportunities.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes and practices.
Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating an inclusive workplace, fostering belonging, and helping all associates thrive and perform. The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with actual wages meeting or exceeding the minimum wage applicable locally. Additional premiums may be paid based on specific circumstances.
