Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous material handling procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments efficiently by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members and partners, prioritizing tasks, and embracing continuous improvement and change.

Provides excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting Company offerings.

Adheres to company policies, ethics, and integrity standards, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and accountability. Demonstrates teamwork, communication, and leadership qualities, and acts with integrity and humility.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, balancing priorities, and supporting continuous learning and adaptation.
