Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Responsibilities

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Carries out tasks, communicates progress, recommends improvement opportunities, and adapts to change, feedback, and difficulties.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying ethics in executing business processes and practices.

Respects individuals by embracing differences, building strong relationships, communicating with impact, and fostering a culture of belonging. Strengthens the team by mentoring and recognizing contributions.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, with the actual hourly rate equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, which may depend on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
